Spain's national football team represents Spain in association football competitions vs. foreign national football teams. The Spanish national football team has no specific national stadium in which the team can hold its home matches. Yet, most of the major matches are played at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid while other major matches are likely to be held either at the Mestalla stadium in Valencia, the Vicente Calderon stadium in Madrid in which Spain's national team was unbeaten so far or at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in Seville.

Spain's national football team wasn't very successful over the years. Since 1950 when the team has finished in the 4th place at the World cup, the only high achievement of the team arrived in 2010 when the Spanish team became World and European champions after having won the 2008 UEFA European Football Championship and the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

After winning the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Spain's national football team added the FIFA Champions Badge and a golden star at the top of the team's emblem.
